  2.   Due to fluctuating markets we cannot  accept returns or give refunds.
        We do accept cancellations as long as the item has not shipped yet.
       (Cancellations must be called in and confirmed by us.)

  3.   All Ty beanies babies are shipped mint with both mint tags unless
       otherwise noted. Each Ty  Beanie Babie™ is shipped with a tag protector.
  4.   Payment may be made in the form of Check, Postal Money Order, or Cash
  5.   Orders will be shipped within 3 days if paying by money order or cash
        Checks will be held 5 days to clear.
  6.   Upon confirmation of your order, your items will be reserved for up to 7
        business days to allow for payment to arrive. If we don't hear from you
       or receive payment within 7 business days, the items will go back into stock.
